Junior Flutter Mobile Application Developer

We want to create a ShortPoint Rising Stars unit that consists of talented juniors and fresh graduate computer science engineers; ShortPoint will be investing in these rising stars to unleash their potential. 

This position is full-time and remote-based only (the timezone should be between GMT+1 and GMT+5).

The Junior Mobile Application Developer will be responsible for Building mobile applications using the Flutter framework our users will be delighted to use.

Candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.

• Proven experience as a mobile app developer with a strong focus on Flutter.

• Proficiency in the Dart programming language.

• Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.

• A portfolio of previous Flutter projects for review is preferred.

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented.

• Good English communication skills – both written and verbal

• Stable internet connection

• Must have great problem-solving skills

• Must be able to think creatively, take ownership, and must be able to learn quickly, and improvise as per the needs

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Provider) is a plus.

• Experience with Firebase for backend services is a plus.
